I responded to her via e-mail insisting that she send pictures promptly, so now you don't have to e-mail her (I am all about saving you guys time)...and because she doesn't have 1,000 kids running around, she so graciously sent pictures to me today!!

Great cut. I'm thinking of getting it.
How do you get it to stay off to the side and out of your face though? Is that a real problem with this cut? That's my only hesitation in getting it.
I don't know about Kate, but I personally use a light hair wax. You can buy it at Wal-Mart for pretty cheap...I use on that is in a green tub, though I can't remember the name of it. It makes your hair stay where you style it for the most part...put a little hair spray on and ta-da! Hair to go for the day!

i am a hair stylist and i happend to find this sight looking for what a customer was telling me about this jon and kate plus 8 haircut . for people for some reason or another who are not able to print these pictures (rare but it happens) the haircut is what would be called swoop bangs that can be tucked behind the ears on one side and a very short razored a_line haircut in the back so u can wear it messy and razored on the other side were the swoop bangs are not .
i love the hair cut and cant wait to cutmy customers hair . hope everyones hair comes out just the way they want it .

I've had short hair since 1998 and have wanted this haircut since I first saw the show a while back. I almost sunk to the level of taking pictures of the back of her head on TV or DRAWING IT. haha! Russo - this is actually not a picture of me, but of another reader, who's name is actually Kate, who also came across this blog in search of Kate G's haircut. Reader Non-Kate G was also kind enough to send me HER picture after getting her hair cut like so. Glad this helped you out though!!!

Yup, I use the water-based wax by Garnier too--green tub. Kmart was clearancing out all of theirs a few weeks ago for less than $2 each. I bought every one that they had!
