Bobby may be right...I damn well wish I did not understand as well as I do...Not that you should, but you could check the acct balance and roll the dice on one good shopping trip before whatever else clears. I think the key is to make it worth the potential fee but not throw yourself off a cliff so you're in the same place 2 weeks from now...I've managed thattrick more than once and never gotten burned. (Knock on wood) ;)

Lilli - oh I know that trick well! I call it "magical checks". Our Kroger downtown is the only store in the WORLD, that I know of, that still 1) takes checks and 2) doesn't run the check immediately AND they don't cash them for like three days! We have plenty of food...just none of the fun stuff. Tuesday is payday!!!
Oh, man. I so hear you. Luckily nothing's cut off for me, but I haven't had money on my cell phone since Friday and had to break into my Pirates of the Caribbean piggy bank to get $5 of quarters for gas just to get me to work and back today. Thank goodness tomorrow's payday.

MD - LMAO! Love the piggy bank!! And we are SO alike! We cashed in our 3,000 pennies at the Coin Star, got gas in the vehicles and held our breath for the week! The Bobz has been driving my car (since his died) and I live close enough to work to walk, but KK has a Jeep, so that thing guzzles like no other!! YAY for payday!!

Squirty - all change has been extracted from the house! I have now moved on to pawning things. Stuff I have been meaning to pawn for a minute now, but never got around to! Dollar beer...oh how I love beers that only cost me a dollar!
OH shit I feel your pain. I am one BAB too. I haven't had beer in a while and choosing what I should be buying for groceries carefully. Sucks, but there is a silver lining ahead.....I hope. LOL
