Cheesy chicken convenient store burritos. Never cease to amaze me. SO GOOD.
Yes, I really like salsa. I do a little computer repair on the side and rarely have I ever taken money. Your first instinct is that I barter for beer, which is true, but I have recently obtained a client who makes his own salsa. I briefly contemplated putting together a virus that would run every 90 days so he would have to bring his computer back to me and I could get my salsa refill. Then I decided it would probably work just as well if I just ASKED for some salsa every 90 days. Whatever.
SO! Weekend line up!
Tonight I am heading down to Tybee Island to enjoy the beginning of Pirate Fest! It is a most excellent time of year when adults and kids alike all dress as pirates and "terrorize" the streets of Tybee Island! On Saturday The Marshall Tucker Band will be giving a most excellent performance! I LOVE The Marshall Tucker Band!
Also on Saturday, before attending the concert, I will be cheering on the Savannah Derby Devils, my girl , Mt. KillaJamma - 6'1, supporting breast cancer awareness and the demise of brest cancer. They are going to kick some ass and really, there is nothing more enteretaining than roller derby.
This is Mt. KillaJamma - 6'1, aka Stephanie.
She rocks. She CAN and WILL kick your ass. She really is 6'1".
OK, so that is the weekend line up so far! You never know what will fill in the gaps, but if I had to guess it will have something to do with laying in bed/watching TV/drinking beer and laughing. Or all the above.

You get to dress up like a pirate?!?!?
Capt D - I KNOW! It is amazing! Second best thing is if it was Zombie Fest, which is something I am going to suggest they start.
Oh, I know! How about a "theme of the month" dress up calendar?!?! Then you would get to dress up like SOMETHING once a month! You already have two months covered between Pirate Fest and Zombie Fest! Dyke Fest? Donut Fest? Princess Fest?
CJ - you might be on to something!!! I can see all those fests going VERY well...though I think the it should be the Dyke Donut Fest...I haven't met a lesbian/dyke/gay that didn't like a donut!
Ok,
A. I want some pirate pics.
B. Convenient store food? Ew. Not any amount of out-of-this-world salsa would make me brave the runs for that burrito.
C. I wanna see pirate pics.
D. I would SO FREAKIN' LOVE to see a roller derby. Actually, I'd love to roll around and kick some ass as a participant, but I'm 5'3", can't skate well and I'm really just too lazy to learn. So, whacha gonna do? Eh.
E. I really really want those pirate pics.
F. You should TOTALLY get this shirt to wear to the 'boob support' derby show: http://www.bull-shirts.com/store.html. It was done by a Houston DJ and proceeds go to the center where my Sweetie KICKED CANCER'S ASS!
Have a fabulouso weekend. Pirate pics. Don't forget.
Sassy - pictures fo sho! And really, you would be surprised at the goodness in convenient stores these days! The only side effect: massive amount of water drinking. There must have been a pound of salt on those burritos! ACK. NEED. WATER. NOW.
The roller derby is hard core shit! Steph had to be a newbie for like a year before they would let her participate in actual bouts. She had to be the water girl and the girl THEY beat up on. She had to proove her worth. It is a harsh sport and one that I would LOVE to see you do! GO FOR IT!
OMG. Those shirts are AWESOME! BOOBS ROCK! They would totally be a hit at the derby! Side note: We have a 95.5 The Buzz. Weird.
Can I come? Can I come? Can I come?
MD - der. I will swing by and pick you up after work.
WOW! Sounds like a nice weekend, in my case I'm just hoping to finally get rid of this nasty cold/cough and maybe get some rest.
Have fun and looking forward to your pirate look!!!
Now I bet we know how Cpt. Dumbass
is going to dress up this Halloween. Sounds like a really
cool get together.
Roller Derby, hmmm sounds like
it would be a little punishing.
Maybe I should stick to tying the
Zip Lining at Whistler. Always
got to be ready to try something new.
Pirate-fest sounds like great fun but those burritos give me a stomach ache just looking at them!
Have a great weekend.
Sunshine - AW! I hate to hear ya are feeling under the weather! Booo! Hope you feel better today!
Jerlyn - He is going to dress as a roller derby girl isn't he?!? LMAO! Just kidding! Turns out that roller derby isn't QUITE as vicious as I thought it would be. Apparently there is no hitting in the back or using your hands to pull another opponent. Basically the stuff I saw on TV tricked me! It is WAY more strategic. SO MUCH FUN!
Mel - It was a blast and surprisingly, so surprise from the burritos 8 hours later. I was shocked! :) LOL!
